Ooh, a squirrel!

Okay, so some would argue that maybe a blog isn't the best way to get rid of boredom, pent-up emotions, and other stuff no one else but me cares about. But the fact that you're reading this means you might care...

Anyway, moving on, so if anyone wants to hear my random rambling read on. I'm warning you it's probably gonna be depressing, maybe funny if you like not-so-funny stuff (I admit, I am no comedian).

But in the end, I'm just another one of those writers who can express no emotion without a pen or paper - in this case laptop- so if you read on... Wait, is anyone reading this? *Please say no, please say no*

Now who doesn't just love the vampire smiley face?

Random Fact About Me No.2

My favorite book is 'These Old Shades' by: Georgete Heyer. She's an amazing author, every book I've read of hers so far is just a treat! All of the Regency romances I've read of hers are sweet, beautiful, amazingly written, with great, individual characters. Of course a hint of adventure doesn't hurt in a romance and that hint is there in all of hers! What are you reading this for? GO READ 'THESE OLD SHADES'!!!!!

Here is the summary:

"The wealthy and powerful Duke of Avon buys a young boy, Leon, suspecting that the child is being mistreated by his older brother; the Duke is also struck by the boy's unusual colouring, which reminds him of his enemy's red hair and dark brows. Making the boy his page, the Duke wins the child's devotion, much to the amusement of his friends, who find the Duke forbidding, selfish, and sometimes cruel. When it is revealed that Leon is actually Leonie, the Duke adopts the spirited, winsome girl as his ward and introduces her into society. Intrigue, romance, and the trademark Heyer wit ensue." -Wikipedia on These Old Shades
It's an amazing book and a total must read. Justin (Duke of Avon), *swwwoooonnnnsss*
